Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of IuVe and related services provided through iuve.eu. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Overview

IuVe provides AI-assisted workspaces and related tooling, including chat, batch and streaming workflows, voice input (STT), notes, coding tools, GitHub integration, website-agent features, Semantic Marketing, Desktop Agent / IuVe Connect / Avatar local automation, billing, API keys, team functionality, administrative controls, and the IuVe Marketplace for self-hosted software products (including Genesis CMS lines: Travel, Recruit, Auto Service, Construction, and Candidate Intelligence).

Marketplace (Self-Hosted Software)

The Marketplace may offer paid or free self-hosted software packages for download and installation on infrastructure you control. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing:

• a Marketplace purchase grants a license and download entitlement for the listed product version(s), not a managed hosting commitment;
• you are responsible for installing, configuring, securing, and operating the software on your own servers;
• product licenses use Marketplace license keys (mp_live_*) for purchase entitlement and domain activation where the product supports it;
• IuVe AI API keys (kai_live_*) are separate credentials for AI/API access and are not interchangeable with Marketplace license keys;
• downloads, Update Center packages, Pairing, and Identity features are provided according to the product documentation and your active entitlements;
• Marketplace remains the source of truth for paid purchase records and license entitlement for Marketplace products.

Marketplace fees are generally one-time for the listed product unless a listing states otherwise. Payment processing may use third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Refunds, chargebacks, and tax treatment follow applicable law, the payment provider rules, and any commercial terms shown at checkout.

Desktop Agent, Connect, and Avatar

Desktop Agents execute plans locally on your device under capability grants you approve in IuVe Connect. Cloud Orchestra may assist with routing and verification, but local policy enforcement and execution remain on the paired device. You are responsible for grants you approve and for actions performed on your device.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, device grants, and connected integrations.
• You must promptly revoke or report unauthorized access, exposed keys, or compromised sessions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, harvest credentials, spam others, evade security controls, or process data you are not authorized to use. Additional rules are described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

AI Output and Human Review

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You remain responsible for verifying outputs, deciding whether to act on them, and ensuring lawful use of generated content. IuVe does not provide legal, medical, or guaranteed investment advice.

Files, Repositories, Voice, and External Services

You may upload files, submit audio for speech recognition, or connect external services such as GitHub only if you have the right to do so. Repository access is permissioned and consent-based. You may revoke repository access, but actions already requested or logs already generated may remain in accordance with our Privacy Policy and security obligations.

Billing and Plans

Paid plans, limits, transaction records, and payment providers are presented in the billing area and may change over time. Fees, credits, and service limits apply according to the active plan or commercial terms shown in your account. Marketplace one-time product purchases are described in the Marketplace section above.

Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, models, or plans. We may also impose operational or security limits where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, branding, design, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to your own inputs and content to the extent allowed by law and third-party rights, while granting us the limited rights needed to operate the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, security is at risk, payment obligations are not met, or continued access may expose us or others to harm or legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount permitted under applicable law and the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, if any.

Registration, Login, and Private Information

By creating an account or signing in, you agree that IuVe processes registration, authentication, and security event data to protect your account and operate the service under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Private information in your workspace is processed only for requested product functionality, security, legal compliance, and support operations.
