Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to public pages, account registration, authentication, billing, AI conversations, voice input, file uploads, repository access, developer tools, website-agent features, Genesis CMS Marketplace lines (Travel, Recruit, Auto Service, Construction, Candidate Intelligence), support interactions, and security operations connected to IuVe.
Categories of Data We Process
- Account and identity data: email address, hashed password, verification status, role, profile settings, session identifiers, and optional social login data.
- Workspace content: prompts, chat history, notes, uploaded files, generated outputs, website-agent / Semantic Marketing inputs, audio submitted for speech recognition, and related metadata needed to provide the product.
- Desktop Agent / Connect: device pairing metadata, capability grants, local policy-enforcement events, and logs required to operate secure on-device automation.
- Repository and integration data: GitHub account identifiers, repository metadata, and repository or file content only when you explicitly connect GitHub and request repository-related actions.
- Commercial data: plan selections, usage counters, invoices, payment and transaction metadata, and subscription status.
- Marketplace purchase data: order records, entitlements, download audit events,
mp_live_*license keys and domain activations, product/version selections, and Pairing or Identity binding metadata needed to operate purchased self-hosted products. - Technical and security data: IP-related session data, device/browser details, cookies, push-subscription metadata, API key events (including
kai_live_*issuance metadata), anti-abuse signals, and administrative audit logs.
Marketplace, Licenses, Identity, and Pairing
When you buy or claim a Marketplace product, IuVe stores purchase and entitlement records and may issue an mp_live_* license key used for product/domain/entitlement validation on your self-hosted installation. Marketplace Pairing and IuVe Identity flows exchange only the metadata required to activate, validate, or update the product against the Marketplace source of truth.
AI features inside purchased self-hosted apps use separate kai_live_* API keys (and the configured API base) when you enable them. An mp_live_* purchase key authorizes license/domain entitlement; it does not by itself authorize AI model traffic.
Why We Process Data
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and keep workspace data isolated between users and teams.
- To generate AI responses, maintain conversation continuity, process uploads, voice, repositories, Desktop Agent workflows, and execute product features that you request.
- To manage billing, enforce plan limits, issue API keys, handle Marketplace purchases/licenses, administer team access, and provide support.
- To detect abuse, investigate incidents, maintain service reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal Bases
Depending on the situation, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in running and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and rely on consent where the feature specifically asks for it.
AI Features, Training, and Private Information
Private workspace content is processed to deliver the AI features you use. Repository access, file processing, web retrieval, voice processing, website-agent actions, and Semantic Marketing scans occur only when triggered by your request or account configuration.
Community model training is opt-in. If you enable the community-training setting, anonymized excerpts of chats or examples may be curated for future model-quality improvements. If you do not opt in, your private workspace content is not used for that community-training dataset by default. You may change this preference for future processing in your account settings.
You should avoid submitting secrets, payment-card data, medical records, or other highly sensitive regulated information unless the service is specifically intended for that workflow and you have assessed the risk. AI systems can generate inaccurate or incomplete output, so users remain responsible for review and downstream use.
Registration, Login, and Private Information
By creating an account or signing in, you agree that IuVe processes registration, authentication, and security event data to protect your account and operate the service under these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Private information in your workspace is processed only for requested product functionality, security, legal compliance, and support operations.
How Data May Be Shared
We may share relevant data with infrastructure, payment, authentication, messaging, and security providers strictly as needed to operate the service. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to investigate abuse or security incidents.
Retention
We retain personal and workspace data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary by data type and operational need.
Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of certain personal data. You may also manage account settings such as connected GitHub access, API keys, and community-training consent directly in the product.
International Processing
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions where our infrastructure or service providers operate. When this occurs, we use contractual, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect the data appropriately.
