Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets additional rules for using IuVe safely, lawfully, and without disrupting other users or the service.

You Must Not Use IuVe To

• violate law, contracts, or the rights of others;
• upload, generate, or distribute malware, phishing flows, credential-harvesting content, or instructions intended to compromise systems;
• bypass authentication, rate limits, monitoring, access controls, or security boundaries;
• process, inspect, or submit repositories, files, accounts, or personal data without authorization;
• send spam, abuse integrations, or create service instability for other users;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or trade-secret rights.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access, revoke integrations or API keys, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests where reasonably necessary.

Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy complements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI and Model Training Policy. A violation of this Policy may also be treated as a violation of the Terms.
