Ad restrictions

The bulletin board does not publish announcements containing:

1. Offers for the purchase, sale, exchange, rental, donation, or other transactions related to goods and services that are illegal or withdrawn from free circulation in accordance with current EU legislation and/or listed in the following:

   • Precious and rare earth metals, precious stones, and waste containing precious and rare earth metals and precious stones.
   • Weapons, ammunition, military equipment, spare parts, components, and devices for them, explosives, blasting agents, gunpowder, all types of rocket fuel, as well as special materials and equipment for their production, special equipment for the personnel of militarized organizations, and technical regulatory documents for their production and operation.
   • Rocket and space complexes, military communication and control systems, and technical regulatory documentation for their production and operation.
   • Any kind of weapon, including hunting (including hunting knives), pneumatic, civilian, airsoft, paintball, and others, as well as components for them, copies of collectible weapons, souvenir and decorative weapons, knives (except kitchen, pocket, stationery).
   • Electroshock devices.
   • Combat poisons, protective equipment against them, and technical regulatory documentation for their production and use.
   • Radioactive substances and isotopes, uranium, and other fissile materials and products made from them.
   • X-ray equipment, devices, and equipment using radioactive substances and isotopes.
   • Results of research and design works, as well as fundamental search studies on the creation of weapons and military equipment.
   • Encryption equipment and technical regulatory documentation for its production and use.
   • Poisons, narcotic drugs, and psychotropic substances, their precursors; substances altering consciousness and psyche.
   • Ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages.
   • Radioactive material waste.
   • Explosive material waste.
   • Medicinal products (including therapeutic and sports nutrition, therapeutic underwear, medicinal herbs, etc.); bioactive supplements, isotonic drinks, weight loss products (herbal teas, green coffee, Reishi mushrooms, dietary supplements, etc.); vitamins; medical devices; medical equipment; contact lenses and storage solution; botox products.
   • Medical services, including massage, psychological services, dietitian services, cosmetic injections, etc.
   • Goods, the circulation of which violates the intellectual property rights of third parties (including patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.).
   • Counterfeit or stolen products or property.
   • Services and/or work of an intimate/erotic/sexual nature, as well as pornographic/erotic materials, including sex products.
   • State awards.
   • Items with Nazi symbols.
   • Counterfeit banknotes and counterfeit postal payment marks.
   • Radio-electronic and special technical means according to the list approved for free operation by EU legislation.
   • Foreign currency and other currency values, coins, and banknotes in circulation.
   • State identification documents, badges, passes, permits, certificates, travel documents, and licenses, as well as other documents granting rights or exempting from rights/obligations, except found documents and documents for collection purposes with an explicitly indicated expired validity period and/or marked as invalid/canceled, blanks for these documents, as well as services for their obtaining.
   • Ready-made diplomas and term papers, dissertations, and other similar works; services for preparing and writing diplomas, term papers, dissertations, and similar works.
   • EU cultural heritage objects.
   • Databases, including those containing personal data that may facilitate unauthorized mailings.
   • Securities (stocks, bonds, checks, etc.).
   • Materials and services violating privacy, infringing on the honor, dignity, and business reputation of individuals and legal entities, as well as containing state, banking, commercial, and other secrets.
   • Materials transmitted exclusively virtually and not recorded on any physical medium (ideas, methods, principles, etc.).
   • Tobacco, tobacco products, smoking accessories, including pipes, hookahs (including electronic), cigarette papers, electronic cigarettes, and consumables for them.
   • Human organs and tissues, as well as donor services.
   • Surrogate mother services (search and offering).
   • Extremist materials; materials calling for mass riots, terrorist activities, and extremist activities, participation in mass public events, incitement of interethnic and interreligious hatred.
   • Campaign materials, ballots, goods, or services related to the exercise of voting rights.
   • Animals and plants listed in the Red Book, parts and organs of animals listed in the Red Book, as well as animals and plants protected by international treaties.
   • Hides and products made from hides of rare and endangered animal species.
   • Fishing nets, materials for their manufacture, and services for their manufacture; electric fishing rods; traps.
   • Gambling equipment used for gambling; lottery equipment.
   • Financial services, as well as assistance in obtaining them, in particular financial intermediation, requests and offers of material assistance.
   • Goods/services, the use of which may be aimed at violating the current EU legislation (e.g., flip frames for car license plates, neodymium magnets, speedometer adjustment services, services of fictitious performance of executive functions in a legal entity, etc.).
   • State vehicle registration plates.
   • Nonexistent goods or services; goods/services without consumer value.
   • Liebig apparatus and others.
   • Transcendental services (extrasensory perception, magic, fortune-telling, alternative medicine, etc.).
   • Services for replacing licensed software or disrupting the operation of rights holder-established technical protection means on phones, smartphones, laptops, navigators, personal computers, etc. (including firmware, unlock, jailbreak, etc.).
   • Goods and items for which the user lacks rights.
   • Collection and anti-collection services.
   • Other goods/services, the circulation of which is prohibited or restricted.
