This agreement governs the legal relationship between Iuve Classifieds and the registered User of the website www.iuve.eu. The date of concluding this agreement with the User corresponds to the date of registration of the User on the website www.iuve.eu.
Subject of the agreement
In accordance with this agreement, the User (advertiser) is given the right to place his own advertisement (advertising) on the website www.iuve.eu.
When registering on this site, the User agrees to the conditions specified in this agreement and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it related to the use of the site.
This agreement applies to both free and paid advertisements that are posted on www.iuve.app.
Violation of the publication rules may lead to restriction of access to the site for a long period. The User warrants that he is of legal age to form a legally binding contract with Iuve Classifieds and warrants that he is not prohibited from using/receiving such Services.
An integral part of this agreement are the Terms of Service.
User Responsibilities
The USER undertakes to comply with the terms of this agreement, the rules for the provision of services, the current legislation of the state of which he is a citizen, or on the territory of which he permanently or temporarily resides, or on the territory of which he carries out his commercial activities, or from the territory of which the User uses the Service.
Rights Iuve Classifieds
If the User's activity is related to the placement of advertising by third parties, Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to require the conclusion of a separate agreement for the placement of advertising for such a client.
If there is a need to verify the authenticity of a posted advertisement (announcement), the Site Administration has the right to require any user of the site to go through the identification procedure (become a “Verified User”).
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to deny the User access to use the portal without giving reasons.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right not to enter into correspondence with the User.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to remove advertisements if they do not correspond to the topics of the selected sections (headings) or do not comply with the rules for publishing advertisements on the website www.iuve.eu, as well as the right to limit the number of advertisements per user for the convenience of visitors to our site without explanation reasons.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to change the terms of the Services or any part thereof at any time, and to terminate (temporarily or permanently) access to the Services or any part thereof without prior notice. The User also agrees that Iuve Classifieds shall not be liable to him or any third party for any modification, limitation or termination of access to the Services.
Access to the User's personal information
All information contained in advertisements submitted to the site is publicly available, with the exception of the password to access the user’s personal section and the information contained in this section.
User access to changing the information contained in advertisements is carried out only on the basis of a unique login and password selected by the user during registration.
The User agrees and understands that he is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account he uses to access the Services.
The User agrees that he is solely responsible to Iuve Classifieds for all activities that occur while using his account.
The registered user (including a verified user) gives his consent to the storage and processing of his personal data (including their systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, changing the order of use, distribution, transfer, depersonalization, destruction, blocking, etc.), which are provided to them voluntarily and on their own initiative during the registration process as a user of the website www.iuve.eu.
If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his password or account, he must immediately notify Iuve Classifieds by email: priivacy@iuve.eu
Iuve Classifieds informs Users who have registered on the site via social networks (facebook.com, etc.) that Iuve Classifieds:
will process the following personal data of the User: email address, telephone number;
will process the above personal data of the User when he undergoes the authorization procedure on the site (when logging into his account), when the User adds a new advertisement posted on the site;
the processing of the User’s personal data will be carried out for the purpose of identifying a unique user of the website www.iuve.eu, as well as for communicating with him;
The user has the right to request the deletion of his personal data (except for data the deletion of which is not permitted in accordance with applicable law) by contacting Iuve Classifieds support in writing.
Terms of liability
The user (advertiser) is fully responsible to any persons, including Iuve Classifieds and the state, for the information posted on the site (advertising, announcement, etc.). In particular, but not limited to the following, the User is responsible for:
compliance of the content of information with the requirements of legislation, including legislation on advertising, on the protection of consumer rights, as well as other regulations, including international ones;
causing harm (health, property, moral, business reputation) to any individual or legal entity, including residents of third countries, as well as government and administrative bodies in connection with the placement of information;
violation of the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights (trademark rights, copyrights, etc.) caused by the posting of information on the site;
reliability of the posted information;
carrying out activities without the necessary permits (permits, licenses, certificates, etc.);
other violations.
Iuve Classifieds does not have any obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to this information unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Information contained on this site may not be reproduced or used for publication without the written permission of Iuve Classifieds. Copying of information posted on this website can only be carried out by individuals for personal purposes.
Under no circumstances will Iuve Classifieds be liable for damages, losses (including direct and indirect loss of profits) or expenses arising in connection with this site, its use/inability to use, or in connection with the provision of the service for posting information on the site.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to change the information on this website without prior notice.
Recognizing the international nature of the Internet, the User accepts responsibility for compliance with all local rules and laws relating to the User’s activities on the website www.iuve.eu.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the User and Iuve Classifieds in accordance with this agreement is governed by the legislation of the current legislation of the state of which he is a citizen, or on the territory of which he permanently or temporarily resides, or on the territory of which he carries out his commercial activities, or from the territory of which the User uses the Service.
All disputes or disagreements that arise during the execution of this agreement are resolved with the mandatory use of pre-trial dispute resolution procedures.
If the parties do not come to an agreement to resolve the disagreements that have arisen, then the latter shall be resolved exclusively in the competent court of the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the norms of substantive and procedural law of the Republic of Moldova. Notwithstanding the foregoing, User agrees that Iuve Classifieds may seek injunctive relief (or equivalent immediate relief) in a court of any state in its discretion.
The failure of Iuve Classifieds to exercise or exercise any rights or remedies provided for in this agreement (or vested in Iuve Classifieds under applicable law) shall not constitute a formal waiver of such rights by Iuve Classifieds, and such rights and remedies shall be subject to Iuve Classifieds still available.

Agreement language
If Iuve Classifieds provides the User with a translation of this agreement in its native language, the user agrees that such translation is provided for convenience only and that the relationship between Iuve Classifieds and the User is governed by the English version of the agreement.
In the event of a conflict between the user's language version of the agreement and its translation, the English version of the agreement shall prevail.
Other conditions
The user agrees that Iuve Classifieds has the right to send him any notifications, including notifications about changes in the rules of service, by email, regular mail or by posting information on the website www.iuve.eu. The User agrees that Iuve Classifieds has the right to unilaterally change the rules for the provision of services and the terms of this agreement by posting the corresponding changes on the website www.iuve.eu, in connection with which, the User undertakes to familiarize himself with this agreement and the rules for the provision of services every time he visits www.iuve.eu.
The User understands and agrees that if he/she uses the Services provided in accordance with this agreement, after the date of the relevant changes to the agreement and/or the rules for using the services, Iuve Classifieds will regard the use of the Services as the User's acceptance of all changes. User
grants Iuve Classifieds the right to use its email addresses, mobile phone number and personal VIBER, TELEGRAM number to send notifications, advertisements (announcements) to Iuve Classifieds and any third parties. The User has the right to revoke this right by sending appropriate notification to Iuve Classifieds by email at privacy@iuve.eu.
